● At the Christmas Party the vote was taken, the following are the officers for the
2026 year.

New business discussed:
● The Shelly Thompson Memorial Dance will be held on February 21st, doors will open
at 6:30, the band will start at 8. It will be $15 per person or $25 per couple. We
are not doing food and it will be BYOB. We will set up a memorial table with
pictures of Shelly.
● Clean up day- January 24th at 8am
● We need to start getting things ready for All Stars. Be on the lookout for more
clean up days in preparation for All Stars. We want to get the containers set and
move the concession and crows nest over to the west side of the arena this year.
Stands need to be redone.
● Please start working on sponsorships now. All sponsorships need to be in by April
1st.
● We will pick the prizes for the raffle at the February meeting and get that
started early this year.
● Thank you cards need to be sent out.
● A vote was taken on if we want to have the Christmas party catered next year. The
vote was unanimous in favor.
● The Shamrock parade will be March 14th.

Old business discussed:
● The Shelly Thompson Memorial Dance will be February 21st. Doors will open at 6:30 and
the band will start at 8. It will be $15 per person or $25 per couple. We will be having a
food truck for the dance. It will be BYOB.
● The clean up day had to be canceled due to weather. There are still things that need to
be done before the dance. Please get with Michael to see how you can help with this.

● Raffle prizes will be a 308 AR10, a grill, and $100 cash. We will start this A.S.A.P.
and the drawing will be at the playday on May 30th. Please get your tickets at the
March meeting.

have them turned in by the May meeting. Drawing will be at the May playday.
